How To Replace A Salsa 1 Booth Threaded Rod

 



Gather Your Materials

You will need:

  1. Two threaded rods
  2. 2 1/4 inch nuts that come with the rods
  3. A torque wrench to tighten the nuts
  4. One ruler
  5. And of course, the Salsa booth part that needs the rods replaced

  1.  Insert the first rod, bolt-end first, into one of the round channels found on either side of the part’s opening. Note: The channels look like the letter C.
  2. Slide the rod until the turn knob is flush against the channel opening.

  1. Flip the booth part over so you can see the other opening. 
  2. Screw one of the 1/4 nuts onto the end of the rod.
  3. Grab your torque wrench and tighten the nut, but not too tight!

  1. Using your ruler, measure the distance from the top of the rod to the opening of the part. It should be 15mm from nut to end of rod.

And that’s it! You’re all finished 🙂
